Refund Policy

At The Rackateer, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Since Printful is handling fulfillment, we’ve aligned our refund policy with their guidelines to ensure a seamless experience for you.

 

1. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Since our products are custom-made and fulfilled by Printful, we are only able to cancel orders within 6 hours of purchase. After this time, production and shipping will have begun, and cancellations are not possible.

 

2. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Printful will replace or refund the item at no cost to you. Please provide clear images of the damage or defect to assist us in processing your request promptly.

 

3. Wrong Items

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll work with Printful to either send you the correct item or issue a refund. Please provide images of the incorrect item so we can resolve the issue efficiently.

 

4. Size or Fit Issues

Since each product is custom-made, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for size issues unless the item is defective or there was an error in fulfillment. Please review the sizing chart carefully before placing your order to ensure the best fit.

 

5. Refund Process

Once we confirm the issue, Printful will handle the return and replacement process. If a refund is required, it will be processed through the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

 

6. Non-refundable Items

Please note that certain items may be non-refundable, including products that are custom-made specifically for your order or orders that have already been processed and shipped.
